Returns

Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging with all labels and tags intact.
- Returns are accepted for defective or incorrect items due to errors on our part.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized items.
- Products that have been used, washed, or altered.
- Sale or clearance items.
Process for Returns
- Contact Us: Email us at [ndazi.j@lwelwe.shop] or fill out our online return form with your order number and reason for return.
- Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
- Ship Your Item: Pack the item securely, include your RAN, and ship it back to us within 7 days of receiving the authorization.
- Refunds: Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please indicate this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
